| While on his way to a seaport terminal in Bastakia,
Dubai, BluPrint’s art director, Uly Galgo, was intrigued
upon seeing something glinting on the waters and rocks
along a creek. As he approached the creek, he was surprised
to find that the area was littered (Dubai’s streets
and creeks are known to be immaculate), and it was the
sun’s reflection on the random litter that had caught
his eye. Moved by the unexpected beauty in this setting,
Uly knew he just had to take a shot. This photograph,
which could be mistaken for a painting, was shot at six
in the morning using a Nikkon D40X set to ISO 100. |
